Biography:

Lucia Carragher, works as the Research Fellow in Social Policy with the Netwell Centre.  At Netwell, she works with an interdisciplinary team of researchers who bring a history of distinguished applied research expertise, and contribute substantially to efforts to shape public debate on regional and national priorities in community development and the care of older people.  Lucia is an expert in policy analysis and brings expertise in policy related research projects of varying scope and methodological complexity.  She provides intellectual leadership in project development, identifying and securing funding sources for projects, mentoring and managing undergraduate and postgraduate students, collaborating with the community and voluntary sector organisations, and representing the Netwell Centre and its work to clients, policymakers and professional audiences.
